It takes a lot of experience and equipment to get it right first time.
And there are lots of different ways to get it wrong. Let us take the

Service:
To give you a good service , this is what we will do:
- Always contact you when we say we will
- Turn up on time for appointments and site visits
- Start work on the date we have agreed with you in advance
- Contact you to let you know of any problems , delays or alterations
which will affect the work at your home
- Tidy up any mess we make and leave your garden as we found it
- Listen to what you want and do our best to give you this
- Give you a written quotation describing the work needed and the
materials we will use
- Give you a written quotation of price and stick to this price
for the work we have agreed

Materials:
To make sure your fence is the best, this is what we will do:- Use only
pressure, preservative treated wood which is guaranteed against rot for
20 years
- Use timber which is the correct size, cross-section and strength for maximum
durability
- Use only galvanized, (zinc plated) or passivated nails, screws and fixings
which will not rust
- Use timber which is properly finished and smoothed
